Majoring in accounting, Ruth obtained her business administration Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. As staff accountant for Glendale’s York, Levey, Camara and Rowland, CPAs, Ruth was responsible for planning, implementing and supervising field audits and gained extensive experience in quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, in addition to corporate and individual returns.

She brought this valuable expertise to Phillips & Company in 198__ where she has been assisting clients with their individual and corporate accounting needs ever since.
